Associate Director of Pricing
Job Summary
Leading a global Pricing & Proposals team, the full-time Associate Director of Pricing will oversee the development of pricing documents, proposals, and change orders, while implementing process improvements and driving strategic initiatives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the creation of high-quality pricing documents, proposals, and Statements of Service within established timelines
- Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements to drive efficiency
- Develop and maintain KPI reporting tools, providing regular updates on departmental metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred or equivalent relevant experience
- 10+ years of experience in pricing and proposals, preferably in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry
- 7+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
