Associate Director of Procurement

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Procurement and Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead procurement and contract activities on multiple projects, managing the Procurement & Contracts team
• Develop procurement strategies and manage the full lifecycle of solicitations
• Draft, review, and negotiate design and construction contracts while ensuring compliance with client objectives and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Law, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8 to 12 years of experience in construction procurement, contract management, and advisory within the AEC industry
• Strong working knowledge of design and construction procurement methods and AIA contract forms
• Proficiency in contract management platforms and compliance with industry regulations
• Preferred certifications such as MRICS, MCIArb, CPCM, CCM, or equivalent
