Associate Director of Product Design

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Product Design, focused on Go To Market experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive design, strategy, and vision for customer onboarding, support, and growth on the platform
• Mentor and inspire a high-performing design team while fostering a culture of creativity and design excellence
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define strategy and improve product experiences through research and design iterations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of design leadership experience
• 7+ years in a design role with at least 1 year of management experience
• Experience designing end-to-end product experiences that address complex problems
• Proficiency in Figma and other design collaboration tools
• Ability to work core EST hours for team collaboration
