Associate Director of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Product Management to lead product strategy and commercialization for cancer screening blood tests.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop product vision and lifecycle roadmap for cancer screening blood tests
• Conduct market research and define user needs to inform product development
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute product strategies and coordinate deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical, technical, or scientific field
• At least nine years of relevant experience in product management or commercial roles in diagnostics or healthcare
• A minimum of five years of team leadership experience, including two years in a Senior Management role
• Broad understanding of product management and commercialization for clinical diagnostic products
