Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Product Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and operationalize the ALZPro product roadmap in collaboration with product leadership
• Manage complex, cross-functional ALZPro projects using structured project management practices
• Track, analyze, and report product and operational KPIs to guide improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years of experience in digital product, product operations, or program/project management, preferably in healthcare or health tech
• Familiarity with dementia care or clinical/professional audiences is preferred but not required
• Solid project coordination and execution skills in cross-functional environments
• Comfort working with data and basic performance metrics
