Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers to ensure successful project delivery
• Establish and implement scalable project management processes and oversee the project portfolio
• Partner across teams to align project priorities with organizational goals and maintain effective workflows

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree
• 5+ years of people management experience in a fast-paced environment
• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet)
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile CSM, or similar certification
