Job Summary
Managing client relationships and overseeing program operations, the full-time remote Associate Director of Program Management will supervise daily workflows, coordinate patient assistance program requirements, and analyze program metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily workflow with leadership and manage client relationships
- Examine metrics and reporting daily for all program activities and facilitate communication for program changes
- Ensure compliance with program-specific SOP management and assist with program change requests
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous management experience required
- 5 years related experience in the service and/or information industries
- Strong understanding of the Specialty Pharmacy industry and its integration with manufacturers and payors
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
