Associate Director of Program Management

Job Summary

To support a growing Insights division, the full-time Associate Director of Program Management will oversee the execution of large-scale survey research and data programs, manage resource allocation, and lead a team of project managers while working remotely or from Washington D.C.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of large-scale survey research, translating client roadmaps into detailed project plans and timelines
• Design and implement standardized workflows and tools to track project performance and mitigate risks
• Act as the primary liaison between data science, polling, and analytics teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of relevant program management experience, including 2+ years in people management
• Deep experience working with data science, engineering, and analytics teams, with familiarity in analytical concepts
• Expertise in designing and optimizing project management ecosystems like Asana and Jira
• Demonstrated success in driving the adoption of new workflows across diverse teams
• Proven track record of managing complex technical projects from inception to delivery
