Job Summary
To shape and grow programmatic and CTV capabilities, the full-time Associate Director of Programmatic will manage campaign execution, develop activation strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes in a remote-friendly environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the quality, growth, and evolution of programmatic and CTV capabilities across client accounts
- Serve as the subject matter expert on programmatic media, audience activation, and measurement
- Build, launch, optimize, and report on programmatic and CTV campaigns across various platforms
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in programmatic media or related disciplines, preferably in an agency environment
- Deep hands-on experience with DSPs and programmatic platforms
- Experience with programmatic display, CTV/OTT, and digital audio platforms
- Strong understanding of audience strategy, media planning, and privacy-conscious activation
- Healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated-industry experience required
