Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Programming.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage enterprise capabilities within Programming Standards and Technology, including roadmap and implementation strategy
• Lead development and lifecycle management of ADaM standards and associated technology components
• Provide technical direction and mentorship while ensuring compliance and operational goals are met

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech Industry
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in statistics, biostatistics, computer science, or a related field
• Skilled SAS programmer with knowledge of CDISC ADaM models and efficient coding practices
• Experience with metadata-driven automation frameworks for scalable ADaM creation
• Active participation in industry organizations is a plus
