Associate Director of Programs

Job Summary

To support the Center for Vaccine Excellence, the full-time Associate Director of Programs will manage program planning and operations, collaborate with various agencies, and oversee financial management while working remotely with occasional on-site requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Directs the planning, development, and operations of the program, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
• Collaborates with private, government, and international agencies to advance program initiatives
• Plans and monitors program budgets, prepares financial reports, and engages in fundraising initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Six years of program-related experience or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training
• Proficiency with Smartsheet and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in creating and managing project plans
• Previous experience working on international projects
