Associate Director of Project Delivery

Job Summary

To support a growing portfolio, the full-time Associate Director of Project Delivery will lead project execution, manage client relationships, and drive operational excellence in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Expertly lead all aspects of project delivery from scoping to execution and lessons learned
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, acting as a delivery lead and overseeing the Project Management department
• Drive cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and enhance agency workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of project management experience within a healthcare agency environment
• Detailed knowledge of pharmaceutical brand marketing, including digital and traditional campaigns
• Expert skill level with MS Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)
• Strong experience with project methodologies, including agile, hybrid, and waterfall
