Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of project management experience in med comms, medical education, or pharma agencies
• Proven experience in managing teams and mentoring project management talent
• Ability to translate client priorities into actionable project plans
• Familiarity with global pharma regulations (ABPI, EMA)
• Experience in navigating complex, cross-functional environments across multiple time zones
