Job Summary

Associate Director of Project Management is a full-time, remote position responsible for overseeing project management teams, managing high-level projects, and ensuring effective brand management and financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-complexity projects requiring cross-agency and vendor support
• Oversee brand finances, including project estimates, forecasting, and budget tracking
• Provide direction and support for the growth and development of project management teams

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience in a healthcare advertising agency environment
• Experience in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams
• Ability to develop and maintain brand-level planning and initiatives
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory submission processes
• Proven ability to lead and mentor project management staff
