Associate Director of Project Management

Job Summary

Overseeing 1-2 brands, the remote Associate Director of Project Management will lead project management teams, manage complex projects, and drive strategic planning and execution in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-agency initiatives and manage brand-level planning, including timelines and multi-channel workstreams
• Oversee financial management of brands, including estimates, forecasting, and risk mitigation
• Mentor PM talent, balance workloads, and drive operational efficiency through process refinement

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience, with 1-2 years in healthcare or pharma advertising
• Strong skills in budgeting and portfolio management, with a focus on brand lifecycle needs
• Experience managing various project types, including digital initiatives and cross-departmental strategies
• Familiarity with operational platforms such as Excel, Power BI, and Smartsheet
• Bachelor's degree required
