Associate Director of Project Management

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Associate Director of Project Management, this remote role will lead integrated planning, milestone tracking, and cross-functional execution for development programs while managing risks and ensuring stakeholder alignment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of integrated project plans that align with program strategy and milestones
• Drive cross-functional execution by monitoring progress against timelines, resources, and critical path activities
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies impacting program objectives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, business, operations, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
• At least 8 years of project/program management experience in a relevant field
• Strong understanding of end-to-end drug development processes
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Planisware Enterprise preferred
