Associate Director of Project Management

Job Summary

Managing a project management team, the full-time Associate Director of Project Management will oversee the delivery of strategic projects and programs, ensure effective staffing and reporting, and develop team members while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and manage creative and strategic projects/programs while ensuring team performance evaluations and goal setting
• Monitor program health, including budget, scope, and timeline, while proactively identifying program-level risks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop staffing plans and facilitate issue mitigation and retrospective meetings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience
• 7+ years of relevant experience in managing strategic projects in an advertising agency environment
• Expert knowledge of project delivery processes and PMO standards
• Advanced skills in risk management and stakeholder management
• Strong ability to mentor and coach team members while fostering a collaborative environment
