Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Provider Enablement and Performance Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead provider-facing change management efforts and develop rollout plans for product and policy updates
• Oversee the self-service content strategy and ensure provider documentation is user-friendly and up-to-date
• Leverage data to improve provider experience and operational quality through performance programs

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in provider enablement, operations, clinical training, or healthcare support roles
• Clinical experience in high-growth tech, digital health, or mental health environments is preferred
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs
• Experience with self-service platforms like Zendesk and using data to optimize support models
• Strong people leadership skills and ability to lead through influence across teams
