Associate Director of Quality Strategy

Job Summary

To support the Global Quality Strategy organization, the full-time remote Associate Director of Quality Strategy will manage projects and initiatives, ensuring successful execution and lifecycle management of continuous improvement and strategic projects within the GxP operating model.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with cross-functional senior management to execute and track critical initiatives aligned with Global Quality objectives
• Facilitate governance processes to advance Global Quality strategy and identify improvement opportunities through analysis
• Provide leadership in program management, content creation, and communication of progress on strategic initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Doctorate degree with 3 years, Master's degree with 5 years, Bachelor's degree with 7 years, Associate's degree with 12 years, or High school diploma/GED with 14 years of Quality and/or Operational Excellence experience
• Direct experience in cross-functional business operations and strategic project management
• Understanding of Quality and GxP principles
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen
• Ability to apply emerging technologies, such as AI, to global Quality projects
