Associate Director of Regional Accounts

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Regional Accounts (ESI Vertical) - Great Lakes West.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage strategic intent of Partner for Access across priority accounts, ensuring profitable access to products
• Engage with payers regarding the product portfolio and communicate access changes to maximize opportunities
• Negotiate contracts and develop business cases for contracting with accounts to meet revenue objectives

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA degree
• 3+ years of leadership or payer account management experience
• Experience managing multiple therapeutic areas across regional PBMs and Payers
• Preferred experience in specialty/rare disease markets
• In-depth understanding of commercial, Medicare, and PBM business operations
