Job Summary

Leading market access initiatives, the full-time Associate Director of Regional Accounts will manage relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem, oversee contract negotiations, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize portfolio revenue and improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate broad knowledge of the regional healthcare industry, including trends and policies affecting patient and product flow
  • Lead negotiation and execution of customer contracts to support access and achieve business objectives
  • Develop account strategies aligned with short-term and long-term engagement objectives, focusing on patient access and business performance goals
Required qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred
  • At least 10 years of pharmaceutical experience, with 3-5 years in GPO, MSO, and Non-Acute clinic account management or sales management
  • Preferred experience in infusion site of care settings
  • Working knowledge of GPOs, infusion centers, and specialty pharmacies
  • Demonstrated success in account management, market sales growth, and product profitability
