Job Summary
Leading market access initiatives across a diverse portfolio of accounts, the full-time Associate Director of Regional Accounts will develop and maintain long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in the regional healthcare ecosystem, focusing on optimizing portfolio revenue and improving patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Demonstrate broad knowledge of the regional healthcare industry, including emerging trends and evolving customer segments
- Lead negotiation and execution of customer contracts to support access and achievement of business objectives
- Provide leadership in developing account strategies aligned with short-term and long-term engagement objectives
Required qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred
- At least 10 years of pharmaceutical experience, including 3-5 years in GPO, MSO, and Non-Acute clinic account management
- Preferred experience working with infusion site of care delivery settings
- Demonstrated success in account management, market sales growth, and product profitability
- Knowledge of contracts, purchase performance, and data agreements
