Job Summary
Leading the Reporting Solutions team, the full-time Associate Director of Reporting Solutions will manage strategy, development, and quality of reporting products and analytics experiences remotely, focusing on transforming marketing data into actionable insights for clients.
Key responsibilities
- Managing and developing the Reporting Solutions team, setting priorities, and supporting career development
- Establishing a product-oriented approach to reporting by balancing immediate client needs with long-term scalability and innovation
- Partnering with clients and internal stakeholders to translate complex marketing questions into intuitive reporting and analytics experiences
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting solutions, or marketing analytics
- 2+ years of people management experience, including coaching and performance management
- Strong experience with modern business intelligence platforms such as Tableau or Power BI
- Demonstrated ability to lead the design and delivery of client-facing reporting solutions
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and analytical data models
