Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a research strategy that aligns with organizational priorities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in K-12 implementation, evaluation, or education product research
• 3+ years of experience managing research teams and leading strategic projects
• Deep expertise in mixed-methods research design and analysis
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and educator support systems
• Bachelor's degree in education, research methodology, behavioral science, or a related field
