Associate Director of Research Analytics

Job Summary

To advance data-driven decision-making within the research enterprise, the full-time Associate Director of Research Analytics will lead the development of analytics strategies, create reporting solutions, and supervise a team of Business Intelligence Analysts while collaborating with stakeholders across the University.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of research analytics strategies for institutional planning and operational decision-making
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Supervise and mentor Business Intelligence Analysts, providing guidance and supporting their professional growth

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
• Minimum of five years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
• Proficiency with SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or R
• Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
