Associate Director of Research Evaluation

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Applied Research and Program Evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement evaluation plans for the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) and ensure alignment with project goals
• Create data collection systems and management plans, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from program activities
• Develop visual and narrative reports to communicate program impact and support applied research activities as needed

Required Qualifications

• College or university degree in a related field (e.g., health policy, public health, epidemiology)
• Master's degree in a health-related or social science discipline preferred
• 5+ years of professional work experience in a related job discipline
