Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in resource management, project management, or operations within an agency environment
• Experience managing staffing across multiple clients or brands
• Proven ability to influence decisions at a strategic level with senior leadership
• Hands-on experience in supporting new business and building staffing plans from initial scoping
