Job Summary

Hands-on technical leader, the full-time Associate Director of Revenue Cycle will manage reporting, analytics, and metric-definition workstreams for Epic hospital billing implementations, ensuring accurate and actionable insights in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead reporting, analytics, and metric-definition workstreams within Epic hospital billing implementations and optimizations
• Define technical KPI logic, data sources, and assumptions; perform baseline revenue and performance analysis
• Design and deliver dashboards, operational reports, and executive-ready performance summaries

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in hospital billing revenue cycle analytics and performance measurement
• Experience leading workstreams within Epic revenue cycle implementations or optimizations
• Demonstrated ability to define metrics, baseline data, identify trends, and produce actionable insights
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive, operational, technical, and analyst audiences
