Associate Director of Revenue Management

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and analytical Associate Director of Revenue Management, this full-time remote position will manage revenue strategies, pricing, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize hotel profitability and market share.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of pricing strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, and total hotel revenue
• Produce accurate forecasts and conduct performance analyses to provide actionable recommendations for revenue optimization
• Collaborate with various departments to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives and enhance profitability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive hotel revenue management experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and revenue reporting tools
• Knowledge of hotel distribution channels, pricing strategies, and demand management methodologies
