Associate Director of Revenue Operations

Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing robotics business, the full-time Associate Director of Revenue Operations will manage revenue architecture, pricing models, and forecasting processes while working remotely to enhance operational efficiency and drive customer success across multi-site robotic deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve revenue architecture across hardware, software, and services, defining key metrics and customer value
• Build frameworks for managing customer lifecycles, including renewals, upgrades, and churn risk analysis
• Own pricing and margin architecture, maintaining the price book and evaluating cost-to-serve while ensuring deal feasibility

Required Qualifications

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Experience with forecasting, pipeline analytics, and revenue reporting
• Comfort with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot or similar platforms
• Experience in pricing, margin, discounting, or deal economics
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and create structure in evolving environments
