Associate Director of Rewards Strategy

Job Summary

To shape and advance the vision of the enterprise Rewards program, the remote full-time Associate Director of Rewards Strategy will define the strategy, lead program evolution, and drive cross-functional decision-making to enhance member engagement and health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the enterprise Rewards strategy to align with Stars performance and clinical outcomes
• Lead the end-to-end program vision, including member experience design and incentive structure
• Translate complex data insights into actionable strategies and recommendations for program enhancements

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product strategy, experience strategy, or program management in B2C environments
• 4+ years of experience developing executive-facing communications and interacting effectively with executives
• 4+ years of experience analyzing complex data and translating insights into actionable strategies
• Experience applying financial analysis and business case development for program decisions
• Experience operating in a regulated environment with a focus on risk management and governance processes
