Job Summary
To support the Scientific Affairs team, the full-time Associate Director of Scientific Affairs will develop high-quality medical and scientific content, manage grant development processes, and cultivate relationships with healthcare leaders while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-caliber medical and scientific content adhering to adult learning principles and interprofessional education standards
- Contribute to grant planning and development, addressing unmet educational and research needs
- Establish and maintain relationships with key healthcare leaders to identify educational program needs and grant opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (PhD preferred) in a scientific or communications-related field with knowledge of the healthcare industry
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in designing and developing continuing medical education (CME/CE) activities
- Experience in developing CME/CE activities supported by pharmaceutical companies and government contracts or grants
- Ability to independently complete literature reviews and analyze scientific/medical research
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reference manager applications
