Associate Director of Scientific Affairs

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Associate Director of Scientific Affairs, this full-time remote position will manage educational grant development, oversee scientific writing, and cultivate relationships with expert faculty to enhance educational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality medical and scientific content adhering to adult learning principles and interprofessional education standards
• Contribute to grant planning and development to meet departmental goals and address educational needs
• Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare leaders to gather insights for educational program needs and grant opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree required; PhD or PharmD preferred in a scientific, medical, or related field
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in designing and developing continuing medical education (CME/CE) activities
• Experience in developing CME/CE activities supported by pharmaceutical companies and government grants
• Proficiency in conducting literature reviews and analyzing scientific/medical research
• Current knowledge of the healthcare industry and experience in developing content in various disease areas
