Associate Director of Scientific Affairs

Job Summary

Seeking a self-starter for the full-time remote Associate Director of Scientific Affairs position, who will manage educational grant development, create high-quality scientific content, and cultivate relationships with expert faculty to drive the company's educational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-caliber medical and scientific content adhering to adult learning principles and interprofessional education standards
• Contribute to grant planning and development, addressing unmet educational needs and assisting in strategic planning for future activities
• Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare leaders to gather insights into educational program needs and grant development opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree (PhD or PharmD preferred) in a scientific, medical, or related field with current knowledge of the healthcare industry
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in designing and developing continuing medical education (CME/CE) activities
• Experience in developing CME/CE activities supported by pharmaceutical companies and government contracts or grants
• Ability to independently research, design, and develop high-quality scientific grant and medical writing
• Current knowledge of healthcare industry, including pharmaceutical pipelines and policies
