Associate Director of Scientific Communications

Job Summary

Supporting the implementation of global scientific communications strategies, the full-time Associate Director of Scientific Communications will develop compelling content for healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of globally aligned medical communications strategies for CNS assets
• Contribute to the development of integrated Medical Communication Plans and track execution of deliverables
• Ensure scientific accuracy and compliance across all communication outputs while fostering cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, or equivalent) in science, medicine, or related field
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Medical Affairs or Scientific Communications within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
• At least 3+ years of leadership experience managing team members
• Demonstrated experience in supporting global communication strategies and integrated planning processes
• Strong experience in the CNS therapeutic area is preferred
