Associate Director of SEO Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Website Strategy & SEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic direction and management of web/digital experiences to enhance brand representation and optimize conversion rates
• Track and analyze web traffic metrics, establish KPIs, and implement marketing automation for data tracking and lead nurturing
• Develop and execute A/B tests and growth experiments to improve web performance and engage visitors effectively

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in website strategy, SEO, or digital marketing within a B2B SaaS or tech environment
• 1-2+ years of people management experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience with A/B testing roadmap development and implementation
• Strong hands-on experience with CMS and SEO tools, web analytics, and CRO platforms
