A company is looking for an Associate Director of Website Strategy & SEO to oversee strategic direction and management of web and digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Evolve web/digital experiences to enhance brand representation and optimize conversion rates
Track, analyze, and report on web traffic metrics while establishing KPIs for performance measurement
Develop and execute A/B tests and growth experiments to improve web performance and user engagement

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in website strategy, SEO, or digital marketing within a B2B SaaS or tech environment
1-2+ years of people management experience
Bachelor's degree required
Strong hands-on CMS experience (e.g., Contentful, WordPress, AEM)
Proficient with SEO tools and web analytics platforms
