Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a senior social intelligence role, preferably within an agency environment
• Experience working with multi-market clients across various sectors
• Strong technical expertise in social listening tools such as Talkwalker or Hootsuite
• Proven ability to deliver insights projects from research design to delivery
• Experience in managing and training junior team members
