Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Social Media.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and evolve social platform expertise, advising clients on best practices and emerging trends
  • Oversee social content and channel management, ensuring timely approvals and coordination between clients and account teams
  • Mentor and cultivate the growth of junior team members through strategic counsel and coaching
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in health, biotech, or pharmaceutical social media
  • Demonstrated understanding of executing organic and paid social media content across various channels
  • Proven client service experience, preferably in an agency environment
  • Experience managing and mentoring junior team members
  • Understanding of FDA and FTC regulations guiding social media efforts for biotech and pharma clients
