Associate Director of Special Projects

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assoc. Director, Special Projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant proposal submissions
• Conduct comprehensive analysis and negotiate research agreements and budgets
• Oversee, train, and mentor staff in the pre-award unit

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
• CRA, CFRA, or CHRC certification preferred
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, ideally in an academic setting
• Extensive knowledge of research administration and financial principles
• Ability to lead, manage, and evaluate department operations
