Associate Director of Specialty Care

Job Summary

To support a growing Specialty Care team, the full-time Associate Director of Specialty Care will manage financial and operational strategies, drive cross-functional alignment, and oversee clinical operations in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Master Specialty Care's P&L mechanics and financial drivers to identify growth and optimization strategies
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Clinical, Marketing, and Operations to prioritize initiatives and execute strategic roadmaps
• Build and own workforce planning models to ensure proactive resourcing for clinical and operational teams

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or corporate consulting, with 3+ years in a high-growth startup environment
• Mastery of P&L management and unit economics, with a proven track record in operational execution
• Experience managing or partnering with clinical operations to build care execution roadmaps
• Proven ability to integrate AI and analytical tools into business workflows
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in workforce planning and capacity modeling
