Associate Director of Spending Accounts

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the remote Associate Director of Spending Accounts will manage claims processing, funding reconciliation, and data analytics for spending account programs while ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Leads and develops a team focused on claims administration and data analysis, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and compliance standards
• Implements best practices for client service and operational excellence, serving as the final escalation point for complex issues
• Collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to drive process improvements and enhance service delivery

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in spending account operations (HSA, FSA, HRA, commuter benefits)
• 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or claims-related functions
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing client-facing or operational teams
• Strong knowledge of IRS regulations and compliance related to spending accounts
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred
