Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Sponsor Success.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with pharma, biotech, and life science sponsors
• Manage the coordination of using solutions to support clinical trials
• Drive operational roll-out of trial implementation and increase product adoption among clinical research sponsors

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in a client-facing customer success role within a SaaS or PaaS environment, preferably in health tech or clinical industry
• Proven ability to maintain relationships with Enterprise-level client stakeholders
• Experience in onboarding new customers and developing customer success programs
• Ability to take on leadership responsibilities, including team management
• Passion for improving healthcare and interest in startup environments
