Associate Director of Sponsor Success

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Sponsor Success.

Key Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with pharma, biotech, and life science sponsors
• Manages the coordination of solutions to support clinical trials and drives operational roll-out
• Increases product adoption by securing new trials and expansion deals with existing sponsor customers

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in a client-facing customer success role within a SaaS or PaaS environment, preferably in health tech or clinical industry
• Experience forming and maintaining relationships with Enterprise-level client stakeholders
• Proven ability to navigate high-level conversations and develop processes for ambiguous issues
• Experience onboarding new customers and executing customer success programs
• A passion for improving healthcare and interest in taking on leadership responsibilities
