Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Sponsor Success.

Key Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with pharma, biotech, and life science sponsors
• Manages daily coordination of solutions to support clinical trials
• Drives operational roll-out of trial implementation, including project management and reporting success metrics

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in a client-facing customer success role within a SaaS or PaaS, preferably in health tech or clinical industry
• Proven ability to maintain relationships with Enterprise-level client stakeholders
• Experience in onboarding new customers and executing customer success programs
• Willingness to take on leadership and management responsibilities
• Passion for improving healthcare and a desire to work in a startup environment
