Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Sponsor Success.

Key Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with pharma, biotech, and life science sponsors
• Manages daily complexity and coordination of solutions to support clinical trials
• Drives operational roll-out of trial implementation and increases product adoption

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in a client-facing customer success role within SaaS or PaaS, preferably in health tech or clinical industry
• Proven ability to maintain relationships with Enterprise-level client stakeholders
• Experience in onboarding new customers and executing customer success programs
• Interest in taking on leadership and management responsibilities
• Passion for improving healthcare and desire to join a startup
