Associate Director of Stewardship

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Stewardship for their Donor Marketing & Engagement team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead efforts to develop stewardship plans and manage projects for major donors and institutions giving $1 million or more annually
• Define and grow the company's centralized stewardship program, creating a long-term vision and setting benchmarks for success
• Supervise the Stewardship Manager, provide staff feedback and development opportunities, and manage a cadre of contractors to support stewardship initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Seven years of experience in donor stewardship/donor relations
• Experience stewarding donors with capacity for 7-figure+ gifts
• Experience supervising staff and managing budgets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office, with advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
