Job Summary
To support strategic growth initiatives, the full-time salaried Associate Director of Strategic Programs will drive cross-functional projects, partner with executives to enhance operational effectiveness, and lead AI transformation efforts, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the scoping, prioritization, and execution of strategic growth initiatives while establishing governance and accountability

Required qualifications

- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs with measurable business outcomes
