Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze operational cost drivers and workforce trends to inform strategic decisions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic operations, project/program management, or healthcare operations
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing teams and projects
• Experience presenting findings to senior leadership or non-technical audiences
• Ability to use data and reporting to develop strategy and drive decisions
• Solid analytics skills in financial, scientific, or policy domains
