Associate Director of Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Planning & Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end planning cycle, including the Long-Range Plan and annual business plan
• Drive portfolio governance for the Long-Range Plan, ensuring benefits realization and course correction
• Develop an implementable strategy for the organization, incorporating market insights and federal contracting trends

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy, or business operations
• Demonstrated experience leading projects in a matrixed environment
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative analytic execution
• Proficiency in structured problem solving and analytics, including advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to deliver work under tight timelines and navigate ambiguity
